BushWrapz Vehicle Makeover Competition – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Entry is free, no purchase necessary.
Must be a resident of Australia.
Must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and contractors of BushWrapz, its related companies, suppliers, or agencies connected with this competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Competition Period
Entries open at 17.09.2025 12:01 AM AEST and close at 17.10.2025 11.59 PM AEST.
How to Enter
Entries must be submitted through the competition page/form on this website.
Only one entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified.
Judging Criteria / Skill Element
The competition is a game of skill: chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged on photo/video clarity, condition of the car and challenges to proceed with fulfilling the winning prize, and the backstory & spirit of the written entry.
Judging will be conducted by a panel of BushWrapz staff / appointed judges.
Judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
One (1) vehicle makeover provided by BushWrapz valued at AUD $4,500.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. Alternatively, a like-value substitute prize will be awarded if the vehicle’s condition results in the prize not being fulfilled to its entirety.
If for any reason the stated prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value or to adjust terms as required.
Winner Notification & Claiming Prize
The winner will be notified via email and phone within 3 business days after judging.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, BushWrapz reserves the right to select another winner.
Proof of identity may be required.
Publicity
By entering, the entrant consents to BushWrapz using their name, image, photographic materials of their vehicle or makeover work, and entry for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, BushWrapz will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of competition participation or the prize, except for any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
BushWrapz is not responsible for any technical difficulties, failures, or delays in receipt of entries.

Compliance Notice
This competition is a game of skill and there is no element of chance. The winner will be chosen by judges based on the stated judging criteria.
