Not really, you just need to avoid any products designed to add gloss. Otherwise, general cleaning and maintenance is the same.
We don't recommend applying PPF over resprayed or non-factory paint unless the repair has been done to a very high standard and given enough time to fully cure.
Aftermarket paint can be softer or have weaker adhesion, which increases the risk of the paint lifting if the film ever needs to be removed.
